Sample Data
In the caption below, we have the sample data showing records for Order Date all through to Sales Amount
In columns C and D respectively, we can observe that Sales Executive and Payment Method were sorted from A to Z. Therefore, our goal is to shuffle the dataset into columns E and F respectively
Shuffle Data
To shuffle the dataset,
- In cell E2, enter this formula: =SORTBY(C2:D100,RANDARRAY(ROW(C2:D100)))
- Deploy CTRL + Enter
From the caption below, we can see that the dataset has been shuffled and the result spills to the cells below and the column to the right (column F). This is made possible because of Dynamic Arrays
